This policy establishes the framework for preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. Waves Logix is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
2Client Identification
All prospective clients are required to provide valid identification documentation before the commencement of services. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, and documentation verifying the source of funds where applicable.
3Verification Procedures
Waves Logix conducts verification procedures proportionate to the risk profile of each client. Enhanced due diligence may be applied for higher-risk clients or jurisdictions. Verification is completed before advisory services are initiated.

Client relationships are subject to ongoing monitoring. Waves Logix reserves the right to request updated documentation and to conduct periodic reviews of client information to ensure continued compliance.
5Suspicious Activity
Waves Logix has internal procedures for identifying and reporting suspicious activity. All employees and associates are trained to recognize indicators of money laundering and financial crime. Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
6Politically Exposed Persons
Enhanced due diligence procedures are applied to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and their close associates. Additional scrutiny is applied to the source of funds and the nature of the business relationship.
7Record Keeping
All client identification documents, transaction records, and compliance records are maintained for a minimum period as required by applicable law. Records are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.
8Sanctions Screening
Waves Logix screens all clients against applicable international sanctions lists, including but not limited to those maintained by the United Nations, European Union, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
9Non-Compliance
Waves Logix reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any individual or entity that fails to comply with KYC/AML requirements, provides false or misleading information, or is reasonably suspected of involvement in financial crime.
